Can I order AS201 even though I do not live in US or EU?

We deliver scooter to most of the countries and regions in the world (for details, please refer to the selectable places in the perk), but some areas may apply extra shipping costs. We deliver AS201 to the area whereas local laws permit us to import it.

How much weight can Airplaying AS201 handle?

Airplaying AS201 is built strong enough to easily handle up to 200kg.

Will the Airplaying AS201 come assembled?

Airplaying AS201 comes mostly assembled. Please follow the instruction video while you assemble it. Only assemble the front fender,headlight ,handlebar and front wheel.

Do I need to pay customs fees? Great news! We will cover import taxes and shipment fee. Can I change the shipping address for my perk? In most cases, yes. However, if the project has already started to ship, or if you need to change your country, you’ll need to contact us and maybe have extra cost.

Can the battery be removed?

No. The battery is cannot be removed. But in near future, we will have the removable batter version ( which is OEM service) Can the two batteries charging at the same time? Yes, it can! (the two battery version)

If my Airplaying box arrived damaged. What should I do?

If there is visible damage to your box that appears to have damaged, please notify the courier immediately as they are held responsible for all damage caused in transit. Request documentation from them stating that you have received a box with visible damages. You will need this for insurance purposes to qualify for a replacement.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

All Airplaying batteries come with a 1 year limited manufacturer's warranty. Should you encounter some production related manufacturer’s defect during this time, we will take care of it according to our warranty. As many elements may get damaged due to normal cycling use/natural ware, we do not offer warranty on parts such as tires, disc brakes, chain, brake pads, etc. For more details, please contact our customer service department.

Is Airplaying an E-bike or tricyle?

Actually, just like some other revolutionary products, it is hard to classify them into some specific classification at the beginning. Airplaying is such a new thing that like a combination of E-bike, scooter, and tricycle. We can mostly classify AS201 as Class 2 E-bike (throttle-assisted).
